Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of the best made plans. However, we kindly request a minimum 24 hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment so that we may offer that time to another guest and in order to utilize our time efficiently. Chronic no-shows or failure to cancel in advance will require a nonrefundable deposit to reserve future appointments.
Parking
We have convenient parking in the lot directly across the street from us. It is free for our guests. There is also on-street parking on Main Street, Spring Street, London Street, Queen Street, King Street and Peirce Street.
